Assist customers in a friendly ,professional manner, offering product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
Assist in driving sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and meeting store sales goals.
Help with stock organization restoking shelves, and keeping inventory record up to date. Assist with receiving and processing deliveries.
Help maintain store displays, ensuring they refiect the boutique's style and brand image.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system and handle cash, credit and debit card payment.
Help with regular cleaning duties throughout the day.
Address customer inquiries, concerns and return in a professional manner. Gather feedback to help improve the customers experience.

Requirement:
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and stay organized. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Passion for fashion.
Team player with a flexible approach to work. Full -time hours including weekends and holidays, depending on store schedule by top management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
