Sales Assitant

Job Description

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations at the MJbyMUS showroom located in The Palace Hotel. This role requires someone who enjoys customer interaction, is proactive, and can assist in basic marketing tasks.

Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting products. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual display of the showroom. Manage daily sales, attend to walk-in customers, and handle enquiries. Support simple stock checking and restocking of items. Create short marketing videos/content to promote products on social media. Assist in basic admin tasks such as recording sales and updating product lists. Report any issues related to showroom operations to management. Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements



Preferably with

experience in retail or customer service

(not compulsory, training provided). Basic understanding of

social media

(TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) is an advantage. Good communication skills and friendly personality. Able to work independently and responsibly. Honest, punctual, and committed. Minimum education:

SPM or equivalent

Additional Advantages (Optional)



Experience in sales or boutique/retail environment. Able to create simple marketing content using phone apps. Interest in fashion, accessories, or local handmade products.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 9 per week

Work Location: In person
