Responsibilities:
Provide a positive shopping experience through friendly and professional service.
Recommend and upsell products to meet sales targets.
Ensure visual merchandising and product arrangement follow brand standards.
Handle payments, refunds, and customer inquiries.
Support the team in achieving store KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of retail experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Energetic, positive, and sales-driven
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
