RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT To operate the retail store by undertaking sales & operation duties in order to achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s sales objective. Store Management

\xe2\x9e\xa2 Sales driven to achieve sales target. Sales and Customer Service
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Greet customers.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Interact with customer and provide good customer service.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Handle customer enquiry and customer issue.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 To find items in the store for customers.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Check for stock or order requested stock for customers.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Provide customers with information about items.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain after sales service.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Ring up purchases.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Elevate complaints to Store Manager / Store in-charge. Visual Merchandising Management
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Understand the visual guideline and maintain the visual merchandising of the retail store.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays. Inventory Management
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Keep track of inventory.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Assist on the entire stock management process and prepare all necessary paperwork.
\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and standard. Benefits

Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Benefits:
