Sales Associate
Job Description
Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service. Work as a team to promote sales and achieve pre-determined targets and objectives. Build and maintain good rapport with customers, to maximize sales opportunities. To attend to customer inquiries and complaints. Maintain store standards to align with brand image, merchandising, and operations, ensuring the best customer experience. To handle the opening and closing of our retail location. Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records, with experiences in handling documentation process. Responsible for monitoring store activities, keeping track of sales performance, and managing the daily operations of the stores including the team members. Liaise with other departments for work-related matters to ensure a smooth process and communication. Responsible to report to the management regarding any issues related to the store, staffs and etc. To strictly comply to the company\'s policies and procedures.
