Client Company : A leading jewellery house known for exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional designs
Location: TRX KL
Job Responsibilities:
- Work to hit individual sales and store target.
- Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Director of Sales. Achieve High Service Standards
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.
- Maintaining and upholding the company\'s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.
- Work with the Director of Sales to best handle customer complaints.
- Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
- Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.
- To comply with brand standards, and Company\'s SOP.
- Able to work in shift rotation
- Able to speak in Malay and English
- Able to work in TRX KL
- Minimum Education Level: SPM
- Minumum 1 year of working experience
Type of Employment : Permanent
