SALES ASSOCIATE - Boutique and Luxury Environment (3 Months Contract) Salary: RM15 per hour Location: Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur Working hours: 8 hours per day (1 hour break) Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience
- Build sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximize sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty
- Assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors in every aspect of the sales process
- Promote a culture of service excellency within the boutique
- Create unique, memorable and awe-inspiring experiences for customers to keep them engaged with the brand
- Ensure inventory is properly maintained, secured and accounted for via regular stock- takes and product maintenance
- Assist in organizing and implementing regular, in-store marketing activations.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in luxury environment.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with positive outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with a diverse client base.
