Job Description


  • Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry

  • Manage daily operations of boutique include inventories, cashiering duties, visual merchandising etc
  • Support marketing programmes for boutique
  • Perform other relevant duties assigned from time to time
  • Relevant working experience in fashion, retail or service industries
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Flexibility to work on shift, weekends or on public holidays
  • Willing to commit the retail hours
Responsibilities
  • Continuously increase product knowledge
  • Follow all provided Collection Training & VM Guidelines
  • Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
  • Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)
  • Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes
  • Be familiar with all company store & individual KPI\'s & targets
  • Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity
  • Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management
  • Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Assist in back of house management
  • Fashion savvy and passion in Luxury Fashion
  • Experienced in luxury retail would be great addition
  • Engage in upselling and cross selling for all product categories
  • Achieve performance target
  • Perform store duties as assigned by team leader
  • Ensure cleanliness of store and implement daily housekeeping duties
  • Maintain visual merchandising according to company guidelines
  • Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.
  • Understand the customer\'s needs, both expressed and hidden.
  • Present and value the product range.
  • Boost cross-selling and additional sales.
  • Accompany the customer to the cash counter, prepares the packaging and, if necessary, manages the payment.
  • Deal with complaints, eventually with the manager\' support.
  • Get deep knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product category.
  • Experience working as Sales Associate, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Genuine passion and love for fashion and styling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Work Location: KLCC/ Sri Hartamas
