Job Description

/Responsibility:

• Do Customer records purchase and follow-up from database for repeat order sales.
• Communicate effectively with agents or customer via online platform (by telephone, whatsapp, FB, Telegram and etc).
• Responsible on manage a group of agents to convey all information and any activities schedule from the management. Also be fast-response on any requirement and Q&A from agent.
• Ensure sales target are achieved, Complying with sales KPI and Deliver with excellent.
• Practice a \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer Oriented\xe2\x80\x9d concept with agents and customers and entertain agents who comes walk in to HQ.
• Prepare & keep maintaining report and any feedback into the database system. Also responsible to contact active and inactive agent.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Sales or preferable candidate specialize in Telemarketing or Tele sales (Inbound and Outbound); have experience on handle a group of agents.
• Friendly person, highly competitive and customer oriented.
• Have a good communication; attractive person; tends to interact and able to manage or handling Customer or agents request.
• Willing to learn attitude & always keep positive mind-set
• Must be fluent in Malaysia, English & Mandarin is advantages.
• Candidate with Database experiences will be an advantage.
• Candidate with agriculture knowledge are welcome.

The Company was founded in 2017 and now moved to a new building location with a larger capacity. Located at Jalan Seri Pandan 1, Taman Seri Pandan, Pokok Mangga, Melaka. MILAGRO Organic Fertilizer is a locally produced fertilizer made from a mixture of Chicken Feces, Wood Powder and "Smart Enzyme" processed using smart technology at our factory based in Taman Perindustrian Krubong, Melaka. This fertilizer is an organic fertilizer that is recognized and collaborated with researchers from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) which is now receiving great response and feedback from customers throughout Malaysia.
