Achieve monthly sales targets;
Provide product consultation, style matching, and excellent customer service in-store;
Assist the Store Manager in managing sales and daily store operations;
Follow up on after-sales service and member maintenance, and proactively collect customer feedback.

Passionate about the nail and fashion industry, with a good sense of current trends;
Customer-oriented, with strong service awareness and good interpersonal skills to build trust quickly;
Basic sales skills and sensitivity to data, motivated to prove ability through performance;
Positive and cheerful personality, willing to learn and share, and able to work well in a team.
