Job Description

Provide excellent service to consumers by applying the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns. Gain knowledge and support different store functions such as customer service, product display, stockroom management, and visual merchandising. Assist with daily retail operations, including POS (Point of Sale) transactions, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring store cleanliness and presentation standards. Work closely with Store Management and set a positive example to achieve sales and performance targets through effective selling techniques. Follow all asset protection policies and procedures, including inventory control, shortage prevention, and compliance requirements.

Requirement

Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or higher. 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in retail. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Willing to work on rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email) and ability to operate retail POS systems. Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-driven retail environment.
