With production facilities in Batu Kawan, Penang, they are expanding their team and welcoming fresh graduates and experienced candidate to join.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports to support decision-making processes.
• Provide general administrative support and assist in daily sales operations.
• Visit clients and prospects outside the office as part of business development and relationship management.

Job Requirement

• Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce sales, customer service, or sales assistant roles is preferred. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with online sales platforms, order management systems, customer service processes, and basic data analysis.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Occasional business trip is required
