Job Description

Stryv is a Singapore brand that started in 2022. It began with online e-commerce (Stryv.co) focusing and expanded quickly to Malaysia (Stryv.my) and Hong Kong (Stryv.hk). In 2024, it started its retail stores in Singapore and aims to open more outlets across Singapore and Malaysia.

We are looking for a customer-centric sales executive to work in our TRX store. The successful candidate will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn how to engage, demonstrate our products and sell the products. Job scopes include opening/closing stores, support in stock taking. Candidates will have the most success if they have some background in retail sales experience and are willing to work hard in retail hours to deliver sales target

Requirements and skills

Proven successful experience in retail sales Customer engagement skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and another local language fluently Able to work retail days and hours (Weekends, PH, nights)

Responsibility

Learn deeply about Stryv products and be proficient in demonstrating them Engage and serve customers well Meet sales targets for personal and store Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in store Report on buying trends, customer needs to retail managers Propose innovative ideas to increase how store can improve Progression: Stryv Aims to open 5-10 stores across Malaysia. Trusted and performing staff has opportunities to progress to supervisor/store manager/area manager.

6 days work week Off in lieu if required to work on Public Holidays OT pay if staff is required to work above the 44 hours (Daily 9 hours) planned weekly Commission for each sale done. Training Provided

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
