Here are the criteria for Sales associates: Education and Qualifications : SPM or equivalent. Sales Experience : Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. This could include roles in retail, telemarketing, inside sales, or other customer-facing positions. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Sales associates should be able to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. Product Knowledge : Familiarity with the products or services being sold is essential. This helps in establishing trust and fostering long-term relationships. Negotiation Skills : Sales associates should be skilled negotiators.
