Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Attendant will assist customers by providing information on travel packages, services, and promotions. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, making travel bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company services. The role also includes administrative tasks such as managing transactions and maintaining records efficiently. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Basic knowledge of sales techniques and an ability to meet sales targets Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record keeping and handling transactions Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and maintain a professional attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; further education in tourism or hospitality is a plus
