Greet customers and potential clients, answer inquiries about products and services, and provide detailed product information, including technical specifications.
Sales Support & Administration:
Provide extensive administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, generating quotes, preparing sales contracts, and managing invoices.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management), prepare sales reports, and manage all relevant documentation.
Order and Inventory Management:
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery. Assist with monitoring stock levels and participating in inventory checks.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, new product features, and competitor offerings to better inform sales strategies.
Sales Process Contribution:
Assist in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and potentially participating in trade shows or client visits.
Problem Solving:
Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, finding solutions or escalating the matter to a manager when necessary.
