Talent Houz is seeking a passionate and driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join a well-established company in the quarry, building materials, and ready-mix concrete industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing sales operations, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in driving growth while ensuring excellent service and support to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales operations including processing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and providing customer support.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, projects, and distributors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
Maintain accurate and updated sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer management, preferably in quarry, building materials, or ready-mix concrete industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Proactive, aggressive in pursuing sales opportunities, and results-driven.
Responsible, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
