We're Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager (Real Estate & Developer Projects)
Location: PropNex Realty | Full-Time
Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in property sales, developer relations, and business expansion?We're seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue, build key partnerships, and spearhead company & team growth at PropNex Realty Cheras - one of the fastest-growing branches in Malaysia.
Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in property sales or developer liaison roles.
  • Proven leadership and business development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project marketing, SPA processes, and property market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
  • Driven by targets, motivated by growth, and committed to excellence.
Tanggungjawab
Sales Leadership:
? Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives (projects & sub-sales)? Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure high closing ratios? Oversee the full sales pipeline - from lead generation to SPA signing? Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals and marketing initiatives
Developer & Project Expansion:
? Identify and secure new developer partnerships and exclusive project appointments? Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, bankers, and legal firms? Attend industry events, represent the agency in high-level project meetings? Analyze market trends, pricing, and buyer behaviors to spot opportunities
Company Growth & Associate Partner Expansion:
? Plan and execute strategies to expand the PropNex Cheras brand presence? Identify and onboard new associate partners / team leaders / negotiators? Build recruitment funnels and drive agent productivity & retention? Assist in the execution of performance-based campaigns and recognition programs
