Responsible to ensure submitted orders are qualified and accepted by Order Validation Team
Responsible to assist Sales by relieving their administrative workloads and order submission journey
To have good and engaging presentation & training skills throughout different audiences when required
Ability to understand, adapt to, communicate, and manage change in a fast-paced environment when operationalizing process automation
Participate in deployment of system and processes to be used to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Establishing boundaries & monitoring sales request and needs
Ability to handle pressure, ad hoc tasks and the level of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Effectively communicate plans, progress, and results to relevant stakeholders
Deliver high-quality and differentiated services to Maxis Business Customers
Positive Attitude and approach towards work responsibilities & accountabilities with flexible to working beyond scheduled hours as and when the needed arises.
