Assist sales team in the coordination of marketing events.
Managing data such as customers segmentation, marketing activities, tracking of procedures and etc
Coordinate marketing programs.
Involved in Marketing Budget cycle.
Act as the main contact point for all marketing communication materials required between country and regional office.
Follow up on pending payment.
Arrange flights and hotel accommodation bookings.
Maintain healthy inventory at warehouse and consignment locations.
Participate in the demand forecast cycle.
Handle customer feedback/complaints/product experience in timely manner.
Ad-hoc assignment when is require
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Management, Marketing or relevant specialization
At least 2-3 years of working experience in Sales administrative support / Marketing administrative.
Able to work independently, organize and team player.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
