Job scope: - To perform routine processing of quotation, sales order, purchase order, invoice, and acting as the key contact point t liaise with internal team - To verify orders, including customers\' personal information and payment details - To follow up on suppliers\' outstanding order and product deliveries - To handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally - To maintain files and records to ensure all is updated and accessible - Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in Business studies - Industrial background preferred 1-2 years experience in a related field - Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point - Able to work independently, and cope with high pressure in a dynamic environment Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri, Alternate Sat)
