JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure all customer purchase orders are received on time. Update all purchase orders in the system. Check for new parts and parts without pricing. Receive and verify finished product transfer notes, then prepare invoices and delivery orders accordingly. Ensure all official invoices and delivery orders are properly issued for temporary deliveries. Follow up on any issues or problems related to invoices and delivery orders. Prepare the daily outstanding delivery report and submit it to the Production Department. Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, documentation, and quality issues, and communicate with the relevant departments. Record all customer complaints and claims in the complaint logbook. Check the production and delivery schedule for HAPM on a weekly basis. Assist the Sales Executive in preparing customs reports. Assist and ensure all operations comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

REQUIREMENT:

Possess a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with the manufacturing processes, products, and market trends in the air-conditioner or related industries is a bonus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Capable of understanding client needs and delivering solutions A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
