Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer Engagement

:

Greet and assist customers who walk into the dealership or contact the business via phone, email, or online chat. Understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the most suitable Mitsubishi models (e.g., Triton, Xpander, Outlander). Provide information about Mitsubishi vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions.

Product Knowledge

:

Stay informed about the latest Mitsubishi models, features, technological advancements, and changes to pricing or promotions. Be knowledgeable about the benefits of Mitsubishi's vehicles, such as safety features, performance, fuel efficiency, and warranty coverage. Conduct vehicle demonstrations, including test drives, to show customers how a car performs and to address any questions they may have.

Sales and Negotiation

:

Work to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and other performance goals set by the dealership. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals while maintaining profitability for the dealership. Guide customers through the purchase process, explaining paperwork and ensuring they understand the terms of the sale, warranties, and any additional services.

Customer Relationship Management

:

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up with potential and past customers, keeping them informed about new models, special offers, or service reminders. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any post-purchase concerns or service needs.

Administrative Duties

:

Handle customer paperwork, including sales contracts, financing applications, and other documentation. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Team Collaboration

:

Work closely with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Participate in dealership training programs to stay updated on Mitsubishi products and sales techniques.

: A strong ability to sell, persuade, and close deals is essential for a sales consultant.
