• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consulting.

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• In-depth understanding of the products/services being sold.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to assess customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns or objections.
• Familiarity with RM systems and sales software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on client needs.
• Availability for client meetings, calls, and follow-ups as needed.

Tanggungjawab

• Present to clients (one-on-one or group) and understand their needs.
• Prepare quotations based on client requirements.
• Drive sales as part of a team to meet/exceed targets.
• Collaborate with other teams to solve issues.
• Provide quick cost estimates for homeowners.
• Specify materials and furnishings (lighting, furniture, etc.).
• Handle after-sales service and gather customer testimonials.
• Offer pre- and post-sales support, including project planning, proposals, and site visits
