JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Consultant plays a key role in advising clients on IT service management, performance optimization, and long-term strategy. You will partner with clients to address challenges, propose innovative solutions, and ensure reliable managed services delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships while driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

Basic Salary + Allowance + Attractive Commissions & Incentives. Annual Overseas company trip. Quarterly company team building & outings. Car Allowance, Company Laptop, and Company HP are provided. Other benefits include medical coverage, EPF, SOCSO, and insurance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions to support business growth. Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and social media outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients. Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing activities and sales campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Candidate with 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C) within the IT/Tech industry.

Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply (structured training provided).

Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings is added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
