As a Tele-Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to follow up with leads generated by the marketing team to consult, sell, and conduct demos on our education platform to prospective parents and students. s: Achieving revenue sales targets through sales and business development activities Calling the clients and fixing appointments for counseling session for their kids. Virtually meeting clients and consulting them for a better learning approach. Following up with the customer to ensure they are getting error-free services. Identifying prospect and meeting new clients through campaigns. Assisting customers in case they have any problems related to product services. Development of content for Marketing communications. Management of Pre-Sales and Post sales operations.
