Job Description
Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and transform leads into sales, training will be provided. To follow up with both potential and present customers to close sales. To attend to walk-in customers and offer healthcare consultation. To open and maintain customer profile and build lasting relationships with customers. To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback and consuming experience. Keep updated on product knowledge and promotion scheme. Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.
Requirements
Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience On the job training will be provided Mandarin speaking is preferred Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and transform leads into sales
