s:

• Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
• Determines the needs of a customer and offers solutions to those needs through the company\'s products and services.
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies (including A&P, PR and event planning)
• Maintaining and updating the customers database (Kern System).
• Promote products and services, contact both potential and present customers and regularly monitor customers\' preferences
• Provide marketing support to hospital sales teams in the areas of event organization and management, procuring or developing suitable and adequate marketing materials, roadshow for referral partners and sales team
• Preparing related report to the Management
• Any other works that required from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
• A strong understanding of prevalent customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
