• Must possess own transportation, need to travel to various locations

• Attend to walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and reply to messages through Facebook
• Introduce the company\'s courses to parents
• Observe children\'s learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss them with parents
• Address parent and student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customer service for courses, explain and answer questions for parents
• Arrange appointments with parents and meet them at various centers

• Must be able to work on weekends
• Must be able to speak Mandarin and English as you will need to communicate with parties that speak these languages
• Good communication skills
• Able to join immediately or on short notice
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization and management skills (Training will be provided)
• Proficient in MS Office Words & Power Point, Excel
• Able to interact and bond with children
• Patient, meticulous, friendly, gentle, proactive, and creative
• Able to travel within the Selangor/KL area OR Johor Bahru area
