The company is a Therapy Centre that specializes in the Chinese Art of Bone Setting. Through the combination of Chinese Medical Arts and Modern Medical Science, they offer an innovative technique that combines its traditional roots with the use of tools such as X-Ray and other complementary biomedical theories in the treatment.
Responsibilities:
Greets and interacts with customers
Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to the bone setting services
Explains available bone setting packages, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
Answers customer questions about bone setting services
Assists customers with purchase decisions
Coordinate and schedule for customers on booking of treatment session
Collects payment using the store point of sale system
Handling cold-call activities
Achieve sales target assigned
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in retail or related fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
Willing to work in Sunway Pyramid, Mid Valley Megamall, Plaza Arkadia or 1 Utama
Working Hours: 6 Days Week, hours according to shopping malls operations hours
