Job Description

The Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new sales leads, engaging prospective customers, and achieving monthly membership or product sales targets. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and promoting the company's products or services to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Actively promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct tours, consultations, and product demonstrations (if applicable). Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM or other tracking systems. Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for referrals and renewals. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends. Attend sales meetings, trainings, and promotional events as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
