Job Responsibilities:

Achieve annual sales targets within assigned industry sectors (3C, home appliances, semiconductors, automotive parts, engineering machinery, metal processing, injection molding, footwear, paper, cement). Develop sales action plans, conduct client visits, and manage follow-ups. Acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Support contract negotiation, signing, payment collection, and customer relationship management. Mentor and train new sales staff (for top performers). Execute other tasks assigned by supervisors or department heads. Career Path: Sales Representative ? Sales Officer ? Assistant Sales Manager ? Regional Sales Manager ? Regional Sales Director ? Deputy VP of Sales.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or above in related field. Minimum 1 year of industrial B2B sales experience. Candidates with factory or industry-specific client resources are preferred. Strong competitiveness, business development skills, adaptability, and execution ability. Able to work under pressure with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.

Attractive package including base salary + allowance + high commission + travel allowance + phone allowance + performance bonus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
