Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and through online platforms.
Host live sessions and create video content for social media to engage with customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Keep the store clean, organized, and pleasant for all visitors.
Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Outgoing and confident -- comfortable speaking on camera and doing live video hosting.
Positive attitude and enjoys helping customers.
