A background in health science or biomedical field would be advantage.
A valid driving license and access to transportation are necessary.
Must be willing to travel within Johor and West Malaysia.
Preference is given to individuals from Johor, Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are also welcome.
Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
Possess good networking skills and have the ability to deal with wide variety of client companies and customers
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
A strong understanding of prevalent customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
Determines the needs of a customer and offer solutions to those needs through the company\'s products and services.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional plans to achieve brands\' objective
Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies (including A&P, PR and event planning)
Maintaining and updating the customers database (Kern System).
Promote products and services, contact both potential and present customers and regularly monitor customers\' preferences
Provide marketing support to hospital sales teams in the areas of event organization and management, procuring or developing suitable and adequate marketing materials, roadshow for referral partners and sales team
