Promote and explain GINTELL products to both new and existing customers
Deliver excellent customer service through in-store support, phone calls and online inquiries (e.g. chat, social media)
Host live sessions and create short videos to promote products on social media
Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets set by the company
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years old or above
Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
Confident, friendly, and not camera-shy -- comfortable doing live videos
Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
