Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role is encouraged to apply, preferably in sustainability or environmental projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent in using the Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, emphasizing a structured and systematic approach.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI) is an added advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Sustainability Sales, you will be supporting the Executive Director in overseeing sustainability projects. You are expected to possess the listed attributes and competently execute the following tasks:Project Oversight:
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to understand and contribute to project plans.
  • Responsible for expanding renewable energy service portfolio within our existing customer base and develop new business opportunity as well strengthen new and current business relationships.
  • Assist in developing timelines and milestones, ensuring structured project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, providing detailed updates and addressing any deviations.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders/Clients, demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, achievements, and challenges with a clear and detailed approach.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from customers and other stakeholders/Clients.
  • Perform other coordinating / administrative tasks as assigned by the company.
