. You'll focus on guiding prospective students (working adults, executives, entrepreneurs) through the decision-making process from first inquiry to successful enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, website, and ads campaigns.
Reach out to warm leads (students and professionals) and guide them through enrollment steps.
Conduct one-on-one consultations (Zoom/phone/in-person) to explain programs, fees, and pathways.
Build trust and relationships with prospects by understanding their career/education goals.
Deliver engaging program presentations tailored to individual needs.
Follow up consistently to ensure conversion from interest to enrollment.
Hit and exceed monthly & quarterly enrollment targets.
Keep CRM updated with accurate lead notes and enrollment status.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years'
B2C sales experience
(education, real estate, insurance, or other consultative industries).
Strong interpersonal & communication skills in English (BM/Mandarin an advantage).
Confident in consultative selling & handling objections.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid/remote setup.
Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Zoom, and CRM systems.
