Vacancy Description This role will be responsible to promote company\'s projects actively to achieve overall business objectives and to provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales. Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives. 2. Actively promote company\'s projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers\' enquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales. 3. Participate in all sales launches and promotional events locally or oversea. 4. Prepare leads report, compile and solicit registration database and ensure proper recording in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. 5. Upkeep and ensure show village / show units / sales office / exhibition booth are in tip-top condition 7. Assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed. 8. Conduct market research and provide feedbacks to improve overall sales delivery and service quality. 9. Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, consultants and creative agencies to produce the desired results in achieving sales budget and branding strategies. 10. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. To regularly up-skill yourself through daily work experience, self-improvement and structured learning 4.To keep abreast of latest trends involving your specific role as well as the industry that you are involved in. 5.To be fully aware of and be in full compliance with Group\'s policies and procedures all times. 6. To be fully aware of and be in full compliance with all laws and regulations that affect your job functions or the industry you are involved in. 7. To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company\'s documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised. 8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s). 9.
