Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in sales, customer service, or coordination (preferably in renovation, interior design, or construction industry).
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn about renovation materials, finishes, and project processes.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Language proficiency: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales or project team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Process sales orders and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Assist in tracking payments, invoices, and collections.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated.
• Follow up on project progress, changes, and client feedback.
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain and update sales records, pipeline, and CRM (if any).
• Prepare sales reports for management review.
• Monitor project status and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
