Responsibilities
Required to focus on building new sales and new markets for the hot-dip galvanising business.
Liaise and deal with contractors, consultants, engineers and government officers.
Have the role of building a small sales team that provide sales, customer service, and after-sales technical support.
Necessary to travel outstation from time to time to secure customers.
Coordinate with internal customer service, production and logistics team.
Provide technical after-sales support to customers.
Prepare weekly sales updates and monthly sales analysis report to management.
Source and build new customer base.
Attend to customer enquiries when needed, location could be at installation sites or other factory premises.
Utilize online tools (ie RM) and social media will be advantageous and if need be to develop online sales channel as well.
Review, update and create new marketing and sales kits to promote company goods and services. e.g. can also include videos, e-brochures / catalogues etc.
Provide input to development of in-house products to boost sales.
Plan & coordinate with factory, office and technical team to solve logistical and technical related matters.
Collaborate with customers to do trading of items when opportunity arises.
follow up and collect payment from customers.
Undergo technical, sales and management related training.
