to join our newly established Malaysia office. You will play a key role in expanding our
geomancy (feng shui) and consulting services
in the Klang Valley region. This position requires an individual who is passionate about helping clients enhance their spaces and lives through professional geomancy insights while building strong, trust-based relationships.
As part of a growing startup supported by our Singapore headquarters, you will help shape the company's local presence and contribute directly to its business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and engage new clients interested in geomancy, feng shui, or related consultation services.
Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, real estate agents, and corporate partners.
Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and project goals.
Deliver exceptional service to foster trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Sales Execution & Coordination
Present and explain geomancy service packages and offerings clearly and confidently.
Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Coordinate closely with consultants and the Singapore HQ to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Market Insight & Collaboration
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop local promotional campaigns or partnerships.
Provide feedback to management on customer insights and business development opportunities.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
Experience in service-based industries (consulting, lifestyle, property, wellness) is an advantage.
Technical & Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
Strong presentation and consultative selling abilities.
Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Fluent in English and Mandarin (or additional local languages) preferred to serve a diverse clientele.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
