Job Responsibilities:

Engage with new and existing customers to promote GINTELL products Deliver helpful and professional customer service through in-store support, phone calls and online platforms (e.g. chats, social media) Host live streams and create short videos to promote products online Consistently meet or exceed the monthly sales goals Maintain a clean, neat, and pleasant store environment

Job Requirements:

Minimum age: 18 years old Able to speak basic English and Bahasa Malaysia Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking on camera Enjoys doing live hosting and creating video content Friendly and positive personality with strong customer service skills
