Promote and explain GINTELL products to new and existing customers
Provide excellent customer service via in-store interactions phone calls and online platforms (e.g., chat or social media)
Conduct live streams and produce short videos to promote products online
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company
Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and welcoming
Job Requirements:
18 years old and above
Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
Outgoing and confident, especially on camera
Comfortable with live hosting and video content creation
Positive, friendly attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
