JOB DESCRIPTIONS * Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department
Processing of incoming sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit note, and lysing with forwarders for customs requirements.
Coordinate and monitor with production and warehouse for customers deliveries
Ensure that submission of documents to relevant authorities and shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry
Keep track of the sales performance of customers
Prepare accurate sales performance report daily, weekly and monthly for management
Perform other sales support task and other task as assign by your superior
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES * Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses.
Minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years relevant working experiences.
Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
Organized and able to work independently with good initiative to achieve results.
