Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTIONS * Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department

  • Processing of incoming sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, credit note, and lysing with forwarders for customs requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor with production and warehouse for customers deliveries
  • Ensure that submission of documents to relevant authorities and shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry
  • Keep track of the sales performance of customers
  • Prepare accurate sales performance report daily, weekly and monthly for management
  • Perform other sales support task and other task as assign by your superior
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES * Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses.
  • Minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years relevant working experiences.
  • Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
  • Organized and able to work independently with good initiative to achieve results.
