Responsibilities
Perform sales and marketing activities to develop and maintain sales as per target set by the management.
Build and maintain good business relationship with customers.
Look out for potential customers and follow-up on sales inquiries.
Prepare quotations to customers and follow up on IT\'s result.
Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaint professionally.
Ensure customer request & order are promptly resolved within timeline.
Coordinate with related department to ensure on time delivery and pertaining customer\'s enquiries and request.
Conduct customer surveys in order to obtain valuable feedback.
To perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
