The Role: Commercial Contract Support Sales Coordinator

The Team: S&P Global is a high-growth, high-margin benchmarks, content, and analytics company serving the capital and commodity markets. The Impact: This position will be responsible for critical assistance to the sales organization to enable Commodity Insights to reach their financial goals. The role will include but not be limited to a combination of Account & Subscription analysis, Sales administrative activities & data entry processing to support the up-front new sale and renewal management process. Administer preemptive communication to Sales Reps to ensure renewal contracts are reviewed and reconciled prior to invoicing. Assist to trouble shoot all customer queries on invoices and product fulfillment. Acts as a liaison between Sales, BPM, CCS, Fulfillment, Sales Ops, Finance, Order Management & Collections when called up

Responsibilities: Support to Commercial Sales Managers(CM) & Business Portfolio Managers( BPM)

\xc2\xb7 Client Agreements:

o Implement process to standardize & create Exhibit B User List

o Create Exhibit C as needed

o Create hENR Order Form as needed

o Re-key to SA from the SF generated Order Form until the SA is automated

\xc2\xb7 Processing:

o Perform Opportunity product data entry for hENR as needed

o Implement process to review Subscription/Contract for consolidation at renewal & liaison w/ BPM & CCS to complete

o Create trial Quotes for hPlatts

o Process :No Change\xe2\x80\x9d CSM Renewals in OTC System

o Participate in the roll-out & implementation of the CSM Calculator to Quote Automation (pending release May 2023)

o Support CCS Team on processing hPlatts Orders as needed for New Orders, Renewals, Amendments

o Work w/ BPM to support the creation of the hENR Forms per current process & work with Project Simplify Team to streamline

\xc2\xa7 Consent to Deliver

\xc2\xa7 Entitlement Directory - Perpetual Licenses

\xc2\xa7 Data Swaps

\xc2\xb7 Renewals Preparation Support

o Monitor Delayed Renewals & create Extension Letters as needed

o Monitor upcoming renewals for MSA dates

o Monitor upcoming renewals for Product Changes or updates

What We\'re Looking For:

Education:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related education and experience.

Work Experience:

\xc2\xb7 4 -8 years of related work experience or related degree.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization a plus

Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written & verbal communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

\xc2\xb7 Strong time management skills

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication by having the ability to incorporate appropriate phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment that engages across all functions.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent ability to collect, analyze and summarize data and to prepare clear and concise presentations

\xc2\xb7 Ability to show initiative to improve all processes to further aid the Sales Organization & deliver a \xe2\x80\x9cBest In Class\xe2\x80\x9d experience for our Clients

\xc2\xb7 Highly proficient in systems (Salesforce, Excel, Power Point)

\xc2\xb7 Strong data entry skills

Language Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Excellent English-speaking skills required (oral and written)

Work Schedule/Travel/On Call, etc.:

\xc2\xb7 Work overtime as needed during the month end close.

\xc2\xb7 Flexible schedule to meet important deadlines & regional coverage

\xc2\xb7 Occasional travel may be required

\xc2\xb7 Occasional work on regional holidays may be required

Return to Work

Required to work in the office for 2x per week with flexibility on exceptions as needed

Grade/Level (relevant for internal applicants only): Job Grade 9.
