Sales Coordinator Cum Logistic Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibility Process daily sales orders/delivery notes and ensure smooth operations of delivery of goods. Engage with suppliers with outgoing QC, specifications of order and inbound QC. Well versed with Import documentation and custom clearance procedures. Work coherently with the sales team to coordinate the sales and delivery of goods timely, procurement of inventory according to specification set by company. Cooperate with local authority like customs, Medical Device Authority in managing product labels, customer feedback/comments/product safety Job Requirements Minimum advanced Diploma, preferably with experience in sales, purchase order, delivery note creation, shipping of consignments from local and overseas outbound - inbound management, storage handling, logistics of small and large consignments within Malaysia and overseas. Know-how of freight forwarding added advantage. Knowledge of SAP- added advantage but MS Office compulsory. Responsible and able to work independently Job Benifits Monthly above average salary commensurate with qualification and experience. All timely invoiced and delivered goods will be incentivized on quarterly basis. EPF and Socso deduction. Allowance for work related expenses provided. Sales coordinator may quality for sales target achievement.monthly/quarterly
