Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any relevant fields of study / SPM with Experience
  • Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Preferable who are attentive and responsive to customer
  • Preferable who experience with SAP & MES System
  • Preferable to read and write in Chinese, Malay and English
  • Mandarin Speakers has an advanced advantages
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate by managing all sales needs and support including job sheet issuance, order processing, reports for management, participation in sales activity, and communicating all the relevant information effectively between external and internal departments to optimize sales results.
2. Prepare quotations and sales confirmations to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Ensure all artwork development and cylinder arrangement activity are placed accurately; reviewed and follow up closely on cylinder purchase activity.
4. Attentive and responsive to customer sales order enquiries and customer service needs including complaints and goods return with maximum customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure product details and job sheets entered in the MES system are being placed accurately.
6. Manage all customer related documentation (Invoicing, Credit Notes, Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, etc.) in the SAP system.
7. Monitor and verify all customer finished goods stockiest level.
8. Manage and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO FSSC 22000, Occupational safety & health, environment & industry regulator requirements.
9. Execute and maintain a proper filing system for all sale documentation.
10. Undertake all duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.
