Job Description


:

  • Assisting the sales in achieving their targets by coordinating and following up on sales activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor sales activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as required.
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining up-to-date customer records and databases.
  • Providing administrative support such as Posting Videos, Content, and Posters on Social Media platforms to create awareness about services.
  • Prospect a list of company and referral leads generated through research, networking, social media, and special events.
  • Support the sales in managing customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and issue resolution.
  • Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by upselling and offering others services.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
