Job Description

Acquire full and accurate details from clients to organize the events smoothly and avoid last minutes changes. It is very important for sales team to generate good and well planning and detailed documentations for the events. Always work with clients to come up with concrete goals for the events. This is important to ensure events become successful and efficiently. Follow up with each participants, organizers, and hotel's staff to manage the event and work together following by departments to get the best preparation. It is very important to have enough time for the staffs to get ready for the events. All staff including sales team to discuss and evaluate their subordinate's feedback for the pleasant experience and everyone involved for organizing the events. It is to know and listens what improvements needed to get insights with an event. Event management skills require solving problem calmly. Every event is the opportunity to change the way we approach for next one. Always be open to altering the event management style based on the feedback and opinions of everyone involved.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
